Each product page features a detailed size chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for stability or sizing down for more technical maneuverability.

What is your return policy on mountain bikes and components?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bikes must not have been ridden on trails to qualify for a full refund.

Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?

Yes, akta MTB ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. Large bike frames may incur additional freight handling fees.

Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?

Bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic multi-tool and instructions to help you complete the setup.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for high-performance builds.

Does my gear come with a warranty?

All akta MTB frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and apparel are covered by a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty.
